Olivia Keller Wellbeing Services offer individual counselling services to adults who are adjusting to a new culture or a new job role. Counselling is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other evidence-based therapies.

Additional services include consultancy, coaching, and training for managers and teams wishing to improve their organisational wellbeing and better support international employees.

Olivia Keller

Olivia Keller is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 15 years experience in mental health services, health technology services, higher education, and research settings.

Olivia chose to specialise in the topic of navigating change after working internationally with clients from different cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds who were often dealing with adjusting to a new culture and a new job role at the same time. Olivia herself has lived and worked in four countries and has experienced some of the common challenges such as finding work, applying for a visa, adjusting to a new culture, making friends, and missing home.

Olivia has a strong focus on goals and strengths to help clients design a life in accordance with their value system.

Navigating Change for Expats
