Adjustment Counselling from an accredited psychotherapist

Get to know me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist accredited by the BABCP, a body regulated by the Professional Standards Authority in the United Kingdom. I care deeply about delivering evidence-based psychological therapy. I have a MSc in Clinical Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate in Evidence-based Psychological Treatments, as well as a postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from the University of the West of Scotland.

I have experience of living and working in multiple countries and am familiar with different industries (healthcare, start-ups, global organisations, academia). If you are looking for someone who understands the challenges of moving abroad and changing jobs and industries, this would be me! I have worked with clients remotely for the past ten years, leveraging technology to meet clients where they are at. I am a proponent of blended care, which looks to combine live psychological therapy and digital content.

Specialisms: Intercultural adjustment, Professional Adjustment, Stress Management, Dealing with life transitions, Workplace Wellbeing, Self-esteem, Living according to your values, Designing the life you want to live, Depression & Anxiety Disorders.
